Frequently asked questions
- How quickly will I be alerted?
- Paid plans check every minute. A failing check is retried within seconds before it counts, and for 1–2 minute monitors we wait for two confirmed failures to rule out blips — so most outages reach you within two to three minutes.
- Will I get alerted during planned maintenance?
- No. Schedule a maintenance window and new alerts for that monitor are suppressed for its duration.
- Can I monitor internal services?
- Checks run from the public internet, so targets must be publicly reachable. For internal jobs, use heartbeat monitors: your job pings us and we alert when it goes quiet.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled from Settings → Billing. Your team moves to the Free plan at the end of the period.
